Saich Ko Char Spee Khieu (Beef with Chinese Broccoli)
Ingredients
- 225 gm (½ lb.) Lean beef, thinly sliced
- 450 gm (1 lb.) Chinese broccoli. Separate the stems and leaves, chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
