What is Cellulite?

Cellulite is a medical condition in which you can see lumpy and dimpled skin with fat, water and lymphatic fluid deposits, usually seen on the hips, thighs and buttocks.  The trapped fat forms a webbing of collagen fibers beneath the skin surface.  Cellulite can also appear on the stomach, upper arms, calves, and ankles. It is not at all harmful, as it is nothing more than normal fat.
The fat pushes against connective tissue, forming a bumpy underlying fat and makes the skin wrinkle. The uneven makes the skin lumpy making you conscious while wearing a swim suit or shorts. This condition is mostly seen in women and rarely seen in men.
